• Our Right to Investigate: Upon receiving a report, our moderation team will investigate. We reserve the right to monitor interactions of reported users to verify claims of abuse.
• Legal Action and Law Enforcement: StrangerMingle reserves the right to take legal action against any user who engages in illegal activities on the platform. In cases of serious offenses, including but not limited to threats of violence, extortion, or child endangerment, we will report the user to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and will cooperate fully with their investigation, which may include providing technical data like IP addresses.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

StrangerMingle is a platform that connects random individuals. We do not screen users and are not responsible for the content of user communications or the behavior of users. You use this service at your own risk. Always exercise caution and use the safety features provided.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the absolute right to permanently ban or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms, with or without prior notice. Our decisions are final.

6. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
